i want tips for editing pictures of peoples. I use a dslr camera. I am pretty good with photoshop, but i’d like to become more ‘expert’ with it… Any tutorials that help pictures look AMAZING!

I understand a few, like the gaussian blurs and such. However, how does someone Extrude, emboss, solarize and twirl an image and then actually THINK that it looks well done?
