I was wondering if there was a way to download like different filters, brushes, etc. to add to Photoshop CS2 kinda like getting new fonts for word or whatever?
IF you can can you direct me to some good sites and how to do it?

I am possibly gonna be able to get a photoshop program for my art. But I’d like to know which is the best, and cheapest, and is the best for drawing and coloring. You know with the smudge, burn, blur, and so on tools, and the different brushes.
