i have plugins and filters from photoshop cs2 that i want to add in Photoshop CS4. I tried to add them into the CS4 folder but they do not come up?
theres only 1 i use its called contrast ballance.

I am new with illustrator CS2 and I have noticed that this version comes with Filter and Effect. I can see that when I have vector images selected all of the Filters are not available. They only come active when I have a raster image selected.

I was wondering if there was a way to download like different filters, brushes, etc. to add to Photoshop CS2 kinda like getting new fonts for word or whatever?

I know it can be done using live trace in illustrator, but I dont have illustrator so I made the image as simple as possible using photoshop filters (photocopy etc), but is there an easy way to make it a vector image?
